Thank you for all the great info. Concerning the Covid spending report, I thought I read somewhere, if Sand did not revise the report, Iowa could potentially lose federal money? Reynolds was found legit in her spending? I am not a Kimmy fan, so I think she did some tricky bending of the rules, but will Iowa have to suffer from furthur money problems if the report is not updated to reflect this finding?

You are right--the Iowa Department of Management claims that if Sand doesn't revise his report from 2021, there could be adverse consequences.
My sources indicate that is unfounded and just political rhetoric.
