Thanks for reminding us of how truly awful Whitver was as senate leader. Discriminating against LGBTQ residents, continuing to destroy our once outstanding public schools with vouchers and underfunding, infringing on women’s fundamental health rights, keeping the lowest minimum wage, making guns more available, kicking people off food assistance programs and on and on.
Count me as one who despairs that our state Republican legislators will ever realize what actions free and fair elections demand in a democracy.
