It may not be significantly important in this race, but more so as these races come up, and the ground game becomes an important part of how Democrats can make a difference to over turn the Republicans in the future. Regardless, a win is still a win! That win and others like it will benefit us all, and the need to follow suit on making it happen, even outside your home district is VERY important! I salute those who went out of the county on their own dime and helped Mike win from Jones County!
Maybe there is a working blueprint on how to recruit and campaign now. Strategies and hard work to try and flip a few more seats in the Iowa State House will demand contribution from all corners of Iowa. Hopefully a start has been made.
