The reason why Shipley was sitting next to Aime at the hearing is because he tried to eject her from her seat and I told him the lady may remain seated and allowed him to take mine instead. He didn't say "please", he didn't ask nicely, he simply tried to bully a woman. This combat Veteran was having none of it.
