Here is my question? How does Franken move the polls without heavy TV buys. He raised $8 million but his last spot was a tepid mansplaining criticism of Grassley’s support for anti abortion laws. Let’s assume he has $5 million for TV. When will Franken begin saturation coverage of Iowa media markets?
Franken's advertising quite heavily on Des Moines and Cedar Rapids stations. My understanding is the Franken campaign is going up in Sioux City soon. Not sure about Quad Cities.
Ideally he would have had some outside help (millions of dollars) for tv from the DSCC or another group. That doesn't seem to be in the cards.
